Help/Support iAPCrazy on IOS 9.3.3

[Timtube 2 18.0.1]

Cydia shows that it is installed, but there is no icon for the app. When I search for the app, it shows up as not installed. Is anyone else having this problem?

Did you try rebooting? I haven't tried it, but usually a reboot helps.
