Help/Support Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport - Installing El Capitan in VirtualBox

[Wire55 7 iPhone X 11.3.1]

I get hit with the "Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport" error when I try to boot up with virtualbox. I followed this guide to the dot. Even with the "Code for VirtualBox."

 

The Specs of my PC are as follows:

 

2x Xeon E5430 2.66GHz

16GB DDR2 667 ECC Buffered RAM

Nvidia Quadro FX 4600

Intel 40GB SSD (530 Series?)

Seagate 750GB HDD x2 in Raid0

Rest of specs(mobo, cpu cooler, etc) are just Dell Precision T5400 stock stuff.

I have googled it but I have no idea how to "boot with -s" or any of that and they don't tell you how.

How do I set a bootflag??? The video didn't say how. And google isn't helping me.
