Help/Support iPhone charges extremely slow when Cellular is enabled,someone please help me..I came here with a hope.

I am suffering from a strange problem since I've updated to ios 9 (I think so but not 100% sure,Im having this prob. from months) .

I am restricted to 3G/LTE ,whenever I use internet on cellular,charging don't increase or just increases by 1% in 15 minutes.

When I turn off data or use Wifi,charging speed becomes normal.

There's no signal problem,I also tried by changing my network..Cable/adaptor everything is fine..

From resetting device to resseting netwok settings,I've tried almost everything but nothing worked..

Someone please help me..

If someone of you can really understand this situation and can help me then Im ready to pay but please help me..

Battery issues are common, particularly right after a major system update like iOS 9. If your iOS 9 battery life isn’t what you think it should be after installing iOS 9.3.2, wait a couple of days for the update to settle. Things tend to improve after two days or so. I noticed you said months which is odd. You may need a new charger or iphone if none of these help in the slightest bit.

As for why it is not charging I am not sure but for battery drain here are some tips.

-If you’re noticing strange iOS 9 battery drain, try shutting auto brightness off. To make this happen, go into Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Brightness > Off. Once it’s shut off, you’ll have to adjust the screen brightness manually.

-Uninstall Facebook if you have it

-Take a look into you're apps and see if some of them do some odd things to you're battery on you're Iphone.

-Try disabling iCloud Keychain if you don’t use it. iPhone and iPad users have reported a bump to battery life after turning it off and there’s a chance you could see some improvements. To disable iCloud Keychain on your device, you’ll need to go into Settings > iCloud > Keychain > Toggle iCloud Keychain off.

-If you don’t need your apps to automatically refresh in the background, you might want to try disabling the Background App Refresh feature that comes standard with iOS. Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh > Turn it off for each app that is using too much power. It’s a tedious process but it could help. You can also turn the feature off completely if you don’t want to go through your list of applications one by one.

Other things to try for you're issue:

-Charge your iPhone: Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.

Get iPhone into Recovery Mode: Turn off you iPhone and just plug the USB cable into computer > Hold the HOME button when you connect USB to iPhone > Release the HOME button when you see the iTunes logo.

-IPhones do not like the cold [Look it up, its true] find some tips on how to keep it warm. This fixed the issue for some people.

I think its a time to change device,Im extremely disappointed with my iDevices.

Always re-try especially with keeping you're IPhone warm. And sure!
