Hey guys Is there maybe somebody who knows why my phone often goes in safe mode? Ios 8.4 jailbroken

Install Crash Reporter from Cydia

It is good if your phone goes in safe mode it disables all tweaks because a problem occured you can remove, what is causing the problem via safe mode. If you want to exit jut click Exit Safe Mode!

How can i find out which tweak is the reason

If you just installed a new tweak and it causing crashes or going your device to safe mode then remove that newly installed tweak.
