Help/Support Is there anyway to download ios8 instead of 9.3.2 on cydia

I have an iPhone 6plus on ios 9.3.2 (with Pokemon go)so no jailbreak there . But I have a iPad 3 running ios 7.1.1 jailbroken and I want Pokemon go but Pokemon go requires ios 8+ so I was wondering if there was a cydia tweet that installed ios 8 on my iPad without iTunes so I could download Pokemon go and still have a jailbreak.(I want to hack Pokemon go basically) any help is well appreciated
