    I've been working on this since Thursday I'm so frustrated

    I'm not sure what the problem could be but restoring will solve everything software related. :p

     

    Starting fresh without a restore from backup is a plus also! :)

    Thank you. I have similar problem with ios 7.1.2. Uninstalled and reinstalled preference loader works for me.

    Hi it didn't work restored jailbreak and nothing

    No and I restored and use new I didn't backup from iCloud this time reinstalled prefloader

    So you installed PreferenceLoader & installed something link LocalIAPStore and still nothing in your settings? :/

    No but now I can install ipa files from appcake

    I'm about to go sleep right now but if you want, I can TeamViewer your PC and mirror the iPad's screen onto the PC and see what's going on with PreferenceLoader.

     

    I can't really say why it's not working for you like this...
