Help/Support Pokemon Go need help !

The Pokemon go app is in my App Store so I know it's out where I live and I can download it perfectly fine but when I open up the app it loads for like 5 seconds then crashes please help I don't know why it keeps doing it. Is it because I'm jailbroken or is it just the app please help thanks

Download tsprotector and blacklist Pokemon.

tsProtector bypasses your device from checking the system to see if the device is currently jailbroken. Install it, see whether jailbreaking is the problem or not.
