Help/Support iOS 9.1 Jailbreak for iPhone 5C

I've spent the last few hours looking around to see if a jailbreak exists for a iPhone 5C on iOS 9.1.
I found TaiG but I'm not too sure if Pangu/TaiG are the same... I mention this because I read that Pangu can work with iOS 9.1 but only if the iPhone's 64bit -- which iPhone 5C is not.

I'm guessing TaiG can work but I can't find an assured answer on this.

Can someone confirm there's a iOS 9.1 jailbreak for iPhone 5C? If so, may you tell me details.
