Hey, does anyone know a way to downgrade / install previous versions of a game for iOS 9.3.1?

u can't downgrade to any version bcz apple singed all version bellow than ios 9.3.2

They stopped signing* , also, I mean downgrading app version, not iOS version

Yea, looking for an AppCake alternative, and can't utse iPhoneCake's site because I'm on vacation and don't have xCode / El Capitan on my MacBook, I think
