Help/Support [HELP] Can't do nothing with Cydia

Hi guys Cydia keep saying me this when I try to install or delete a tweak:

I wasn't able to locate file for the com.xxx.xxx package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package.

refresh cydia and u will see

Yeah, you interrupted Cydia while it was refreshing.

 

To fix this, refresh your sources again using the refresh button.
