nope. 100 Honor Points is not considered a dungeon bonus,

it's a friend/helper/social bonus.

so it can be used simultaneously with 0 energy.

 

however it will not be displayed as "100" when choosing a helper upon entering a dungeon.

to see its effect, go to the "Summon" tab. swipe over to Honor Summon,

tap the "Summon" button.

in the popup window, you will see in white letters: "Available:", and in yellow letters your total accrued points.

got back to the "Home" tab, play any Quest or Vortex dungeon.

repeat the first steps.

go back to the Honor Summon popup and you will see your total available points is now 100 higher than before.
