Help/Support Problem with Virtual Home

I installed bio protect but I think touch id sensor has a problem because touch id suddenly stops working.

Is there any way to restart touch id or I don't know?

Is the problem it simply does not work?

If your IDevice is past 9.3 [A problem arose for people with touch ID after 9.3 so something like 9.3.1+]

Or you could try this period but....

1. Go to Settings -> Touch ID & Passcode -> enter your password.

2. Disable/Unable IPhone unlock and Itunes & app store.

3. Press the home button and reset your iphone by pressing home and the sleep/wake button

4. Do the steps described on number 1 above.

5. now turn ON the settings you disabled previously on step 2.

6. Add a new fingerprint

7. I hope Virtual Home and BioPrint are not both installed as they most likely have some conflict with each other considering they both use touch ID

I don't how did this bad problem appear!!

And I'm on 8.4 by the way.

I decided to install "seng" and its ok for now .

Also im trying to forget "virtual home"

Did you tried to respring Cydia or restart your device?
