Help/Support Help with Apple ID (newbie)

 Good day iOSGods!

 

 i just want to ask or some assistance regarding with my App Store.

 

 this device i am using now is from my sister.

 

 She bought the iOS device in Bahrain and use it for sometime and then now i am using it here in the Philippines.

 

 my problem is i want to download some apps and games. but a lot of apps i want to download is not available in the Bahrain Store. like Spotify, it is not available in the Bahrain store so i cannot see it in the app store.

 

 how will i be able to download it ? ..

 

 i know one of the option is to change my apple id because i do not have a credit card to update the location of my sister's id, but what i also want to know is that:

 

 is it ok to change the apple id JUST for the iTunes and App Store ?

 

 will the iCloud account stay untouched and will i not mess everything in the apple device ? lol

 

 please help. thanks in advanced.

Even if you change your Apple ID that won't work
