I tried sending money to my dad but when I try it it says payment declined?? The thing is I don't have a credit card linked there?

Need more context. What are you trying to send money through? And if there is no money coming from your end I think it's obvious why it was declined lol.

no it says I have 150 dollars in my paypal balance

Ah, did you account for fees? Try sending like $145.

Or try gifting it to him. I don't think there are fees associated with gifting.

didn't work, I sent it as a friend. I sent like a dollar to test it on another acc to see if it worked and it did

found the answer, you have to send less then 100

no I found it, apparently I was supposed to send it under 100 dollars not over 100 dollars
