Help/Support banned on modern combat 5

hello. i recently got banned on modern combat 5 (i personally have no clue why, the hacks didnt even work for me) and i need to unban myself from modern combat 5 but heres the problem… i try to fix the solution from the search unban and i click on tutorial for unbanning from gameloft and i get a syntax error so then i tried the gameloft unban tool and i get preference bundle error and i go to tutorial to fix it but i have same problem as everybody else in the reply section please help modern combat 5 was fun and i got banned for no reason i really liked the game it was fun

Ah gameloft, they are know to ban people for no reason!

Is it a perma ban cause usually the first ban you get is a 2 week ban
