Help/Support Top charts on Apple Store not loading

[mitosis 4.2k iPod Touch 5G 7.1.1]

The title says it all. I have tried countless attempts like:

 

Tried: Cleaning Cache, changing DNS , using mobile data , using another wifi, Safe mode

 

Any help is appreciated, Thank you

Have you tried unplugging the same router and plugging it back in?

Sign out of your Apple ID and sign back in

Seems like the issue is from Apple.

Sometimes this happens to me and i just spam tapping on the 'Top Charts' Bar until it loads up for me.

Thats long ago, lots said its from Apple, DiDA had the closest answer so it has been marked solved
