Help/Support How to open game files in iOS 9+

Hi, my question is how to open game files in iOS 9+, beacuse when i open folder games in many programs i see "Sandbox acces error from iTunes.

 

Anyone help me :_)?

 

 

(I want place save data from Simcity Buildit, beacuse i want big count money - maybe anyone help this :_) on iOS 9+?)
