Help/Support Make Package Install Error

Im am trying to make a preference bundle patcher for this game and when I make package install, I get this error that says 

fatal error: 'Preferences/Preferences.h' file not found

I followed this tutorial https://iosgods.com/topic/444-tutorial-how-to-make-a-preference-bundle/.

I don't know why. Im am pretty sure I installed the right preference headers. I put them in the theos include folder.

You're missing headers

I have fixed my error at the top and now I'm getting a new one. 

make: *** [internal-package] Error 2

I have looked and nothing is fixing it.

Reinstall theos with this tool.

Will it overwrite the files I already have or will I have to go in and delete them?

It will automatically overwrite them.
