Ok folks...... My last attempt was to:

Completely delete the UFC.TV app and uninstall the "UFC.TV 3.3 +3 Patcher Hack".

Updated Cydia impactor to 0.9.44 and installed "3.2 x64 UFC made by Amuyea for iOSGods" ipa. 

Found here:

 

Rebooted...

And now it WORKS! 

Whats interesting is that the Apple ID and Pass I used didn't require me to verify within settings. Inside setting theres not even an option to "trust" my own developer ID. Weird.

Thank you very much! It works now. Will I need to repeat the process every 7 days? My Ipad is jailbroken.

Unfortunately you will because @Amuyea doesn't have a fix for the jailbreak issue.
