after-install::

There's a file missing from your SDK.

 

Install the iOS 9 SDK

I have solved this problem by these steps :

Open iFile and navigate to /Library/Frameworks/

Copy CydiaSubstrate.framework folder

Paste it to /var/theos/sdk/iPhoneOSxx.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/
