Help/Support Error Theos in IOS 9

I try to install Theos in my device iPhone 6S Plus with ios 9.0 and is impossible, i only get errors.

An error for example is this: ld: Framework not found: Cydia Substrate

Anyone know the isue?

Yes! I install theos and all dependencies a 10-20 times and no work...

I no know, i install the Theos in old devices and diferent versions of ios and work and in IOS9 none.
