I think this will not work on newer devices. You need to flash Odin to root your device. 

Yea was hoping their was another way. Have been trying Odin 3.09 and 3.12 with sampwn 4, odin fails to write even tho laptop is new, and usb cable is the one that came with phone

Ye Kingroot dont work so well no more. used to work for most devices, now it fails more often than not.
