Help/Support After entering worng passcode how to back up iphone

Hello

I have iphone 6s juxt my nephew entered worng passcode

And when i reached home it was saying

Connect to itunes

I haven't backed it up

Any way to back it up if I haven't sync it with any pc or mac

Non jailbroken

Ios 9.2.1

Try backing up using 3rd Party tools like AnyTrans or Tenorshare's iPhone Care Pro.

Chances are, you can not back it up then and are forced to restore. Maybe you have an iCloud backup?
