Help/Support Can't sign into apple account in settings

Hi! I tried entering my own Apple ID info because I had multiple accounts and when I did in settings, it wouldn't let me (it shook) , I tried logging in online (safari) and it worked fine. I resetted my network settings but that didn't work. I do not want to restore because that would lose my jailbreak

1. From your Home screen, tap Settings > iCloud and make sure that the Apple ID you see is the one you want to use with your account.

Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > iCloud.

Tap Forgot Apple ID or Password.

Follow the steps you see to unlock your account.

by that I mean, have you changed your primary email from iCloud or Apple
