But I don't have credit card and bank account only email address

And I'm confusing about PayPal

Is it possible to open PayPal account throw email address only like yahoo and gmail without bank account ??

You need to put money via your bank account into

Your paypal account so I guess the short answer is yes and no.

 

You create an account with an email but you need access to a bank account to transfer money, unless you got friends who Can send you money trough their paypal account then you Can pay them in cash irl that's what I did since I don't have the card yet that allows me to purchase stuff on the internet

Well, if you have a bank, you can link it with PayPal so you can buy the VIP. 

But no, you can't just buy VIP hack without no cash lol.

If you don't have a CC and Bank account, buy a prepaid card. It's very useful. 

+ If you bought the prepaid card, just link it with your PayPal. (You need to register first.)

Pretty sure you can. I have two PayPal accounts that have received money without any linked Credit Cards and Bank accounts.
