Help/Support Respring when installed in ifile & Hook springboard for uialert?

So you guys I've been trying to figure out how to make my tweak force a respring when installed through ifile if it's even possible

 

My second issue is finding a way to hook springboard for a uialert

Springboard question is answered but the ifile respring no

I already have that it doesn't force a respring when installed via ifile
