i have the same problem all my cydia apps and even cydia itself is gone from springboard and now i can only access those apps using activator

ok i just deleted that files

 

And deleted it in trashcan

 

Now im gonna record a video for subway surf hack and post it in youtube and im recording on it

 

 

And black screen come over in my screen then its just respring automaticly

 

And after that

if you still have Pangu app open it and rebuild app list or enter uicache in terminal and reboot.
