Help/Support Can't locate tweaks in cydia?

[Demi-God 13.4k iPhone 6 10.0.2]

The package needs to be installed first.

 

Type in dpkg -l to list your packages along with the names.

It gives me this :

dpkg-deb : --info needs a .deb filename argument

 

The tweak is weeblyhack i instaled way back and i remember deleting it on cydia but its still on my setting section !

 

And also some icons are changed because of a them even i removed the them !

Reinstall the .deb and then remove it again from Cydia.
