For those having issues with update message when starting the game, I found a post from another member on a thread for an older version of this cheat. I did this and it works fine now.

Hi guys. for those of you that have the update bug, I've found a way around it Just follow these instructions. 1) I removed the hack from cydia 2) Deleted Dominations off my phone 3) Ran iCleaner 4) Re downloaded Dominations from the app store and DID NOT OPEN IT 5) Installed the hack 6) Opened Dominations and let it download elements 7) Once completed, it loads a random french base I think, but then the game will ask if you want to load your base (make sure your game is saved via Game Center) 8) DONE Hope this helps you guys out! Thank you for posting this . . . you are the man . . . works just like you said except I got a "Roman" base, but then loaded GameCenter base and everything's OK. EVERYONE note, does not work on building upgrades . . . small stuff just as description says. As long as it freezes my oil and resources I'm good.
