Help/Support Can a suspended Mortal Kombat X (WBplay / WBID) account be unbanned - jailbroken iOS iPhone?

Hi.

This is my first post so apologies if it's a bit noobish!!

Wanted to know if anyone has any ideas on how to get back a suspended WBID account on MKX.

recently NetherRealm suspended a lot of accounts. Mine probably had a few too many rubies on there so I should have expected this!

however, its gutting losing over a years work of grafting on my characters etc!

has anyone worked this out - I know on Injustice theres a way using the new WBID.

Sadly, that doesnt seem to work for this game.

My ideas on areas that this may work on are as follows:

Obviously there will be some sort of file on the device when the game account loads that contains info on the account. Wondered if amending something in this file, or even deleting such a file may give rise to the answer - the system may then assume this is a new acocnut - as if you install the game as new and play the game you don't have a WBID but can still do everything in the game - just risk of losing data as no game save!!!

Can someone work out what this file may be or where this data (some line in a reg file or plist file) could be - this would be absolutely wonderful!!!!

Theres so many data files int he game that I don't know where to start looking - didnt see any obvious file though e.g. with the name licence.(something) or register.(something) or thereabouts that may give a clue!!!

Lets get this sorted....

There's no way of unbanning your suspended account.

You can't unban the account. You can start again with keychain method

Unless you don't use hack or whatever send them email?

Ah ok - yes I assumed wouldn't be able to unban that particular account in that sense.

Could you explain this keychain method to me in more detail or PM me to discuss.

As long as I can get back my old account loaded and then do whatever it takes to get it working again on faction wars / online play.

You can't get old account back, how it's hard to understand :S Because they ban it for a reason

Its the email - as you can login to another account with the same phone/device. Accoutn progress is not affected either as you can play offline.

So there must be a file that relates to stroign your email - if that can be 'wiped' somehow e.g. if it is jsut a .txt file in the game data or something then WBPlay may not recognise it and class it as a new unregistered account?

A little late to the party and not a tech/hacker but can tell you there must be a way to clone an account because it happened to me. My faction wars quit working last November and tech support had me create a new account on the same device to see if it was a device problem. Faction wars worked on the account but still not the original. I continued to play both accounts on the same device then in March faction wars started working on both accounts. After a while I learned you could switch accounts negating in game purchases so you could get the cards you wanted. So I switched between the two accounts for several months performing this trick to get souls and the cards I wanted. Then on the last night of the Kombat Pack sale I switched between accounts continuously throughout an hour and eventually the first account cloned the second except for faction wars info. Now I had the same characters on both accounts(unfortunately it was the lesser account). So if faction wars didn't copy over there has to be a way to get all your info to a new account that isn't suspended from faction wars. Don't know how yet but hopefully this points someone in the right direction to figure it out.
