** please do NOT update to Brave Frontier 1.4.81 **

if anyone is currently having trouble with the mod crashing or "not working at all"

please check to see if you have updated to the just-released Brave Frontier 1.4.81 update on the App Store.

anytime there is an App Store update to the game, it breaks the mod.

the offsets guys have to find new addresses for the mods,

and we have to release an update (which we will do on a brand new forum thread).

currently, the BF 1.4.81 update is not what we call a "required" update,

(meaning that gumi locks you out of the game until you update the app).

because users are not forced to update, and the time it takes to find new offsets,

the team has agreed only to update the mod for new app versions when

the app update is "required."

if you think this is the reason for your mod failing to work properly,

the best course of action is to:

1. disable automatic app store updates on your device

2. do a google seach for "Brave Frontier 1.4.80.ipa" to find the install file for that version of the app

3. download and install the .ipa file and to downgrade your game.

4. you may need to delete the app's cache files and let the game refresh it's data download.

until such time as gumi forces users to update to their latest version,

we will not be releasing a version update to the mod, so please keep this in mind

So after I installed the mod, I ended up having all the in game text written in original Japanese or in coding. Any fix for this?

been out of the game forever, can anyone recommend some good spheres? I got a few sky orbs, any other suggestions for maxing out FH points? And just in general? Thanks!

did you double check that your BF game version was 1.4.80 and *not* the newest 1.4.81?

the current mod is *not* officially compatible with 1.4.81,

altho there have been mixed replies as to whether or not the current mod works with the nest game version.

please go back a page or so where i have instructions on how to downgrade your game version.

i don't actually have that .ipa file X(

i always keep automatic App Store updates off, and didn't manage to save the .ipa file separately before the update.

War demon blade & blazing fists are the best legally obtainable (easy) raid spheres for maximum points
