Help/Support Restoring Jailbroken iPhone

Hey there guys! It is my first post. I have reset my Jailbroken iPhone 5 running ios 8.4. Now its stuck in boot. I tried to restore it but keep getting unknown error 3194.Also i use this iphone as an ipod because its ground IC is broken and it can't pick any sim card.

Q1: Can i restore it to the iOS 8.4 again or do i have to restore it to leatest version?

Q2: How can i activate it after restoring because it will need a sim card?

Help will be appreciated

1. no you can't, just update to latest version ios.

2. use wifi network.

Yes, you can Restore your iOS 8.4 with Tongbu Assistant (click recover button) or update to latest iOS version

1. You can restore it using Tongbu Assistant I think, or just update it to last iOS version.

2. Maybe its GSM- locked so try finding out where the phone is from to unlock it?
