Help/Support encrypted back wrong password

hello guys 

im trying to edit  my  iphone backip ios 9.2 uisng ibackupbot but its asking password which i dnt know even i never put any passowrd while creating backup using itune.... i already creat another backup to different laptop but still shows encrypt 

how to solve it

Make sure you haven't ticked the option in iTunes to encrypt local backup.

Bro its automatic ticked before i start backup..…… when i try to uncheck that box its ask password which i dnt know although i never put any kind of password while creating backup.....

I tried to creat back up on other laptop but again same problem

It shouldn't be automatic. You need to untick it.
