After downloading this hack, unlimited ammo nor no reload works.

The previous version 1.0.4 worked.

The hack shows up in Cydia as if it works.

Any idea why?

Did you even bother reading the features, where does it say Unlim ammo and no reload. The features are AntiBan and No Cellular Restrictions.
