I think so only have one resolve way :  reset your android device (factory reset all data erased)  and continiue new google play store account...

This worked for me. Open Instagram. Click on "Get help signing in". Choose the email option. Enter your email and send an email. Open your mail and click on Log me in. Choose Open with Instagram. You will be logged in automatically in your account.
