i have Ipad2 And i want to restore it to ios8,3 firmware through itunes is there a way to this.....?

As the updated firmware is ios 9.3.1 Now

If you are on iOS 8.3 and jailbroken than install cydia impactor from cydia it'll delete your all data .

 

If you are on ios 9.3.1 than you can't restore it on iOS 8.3 because apple is no longer signing iOS 8.3
