Help/Support Issues with Hacks/Game saves

While my lack of experience on both these forums and on iOS (My iPad 2 is pretty old- I bought it used for under 200 bucks, but it was in pretty good condition, both physically and internally) this issue may prove to be something simple to solve but I simply can't find the solution here on the forums.

 

So basically it's concerning this lovely article I found: (https://iosgods.com/topic/9651-how-to-installapply-hacks-posted-in-this-section-if-youre-non-jailbroken-on-ios-83-84-90/) which I thought would be the solution to all my problems. Ever since iFunbox couldn't access the App sandbox for iOS 8.3+ I thought that my game save days would be over- which pretty much meant the end of my iOS gaming because almost all the games in the appstore are insanely P2W (like all the Glu games, Gameloft, etc.) and I don't have a single penny to spend. I deeply regret ever updating to iOS 8.3, but it's too late because I didn't know at the time; at this moment I have no idea how to work around this issue. 

 

So the issue is, to put it in simple words: The solution from the link above isn't working for me for majority of the games that I've tried. Here are the links to all the hacks:

None of them worked. I did manage to hack SAS: Zombie Assault 4 v1.7 and Smurfs v1.32 with the same exact strategy so that's why I'm very confused; why did the hacks for those 2 games work while the other ones didn't? For the first 3 hacks that can be found here on this website, I can't find any good reasons. They're for all versions, they work for other people, and I did everything exactly according to the directions on the DiDA's article; the last 3 hacks may not have worked because they weren't supplied on this specific website, but I still don't think that's the reason. 

 

If someone can help me, that would be great!

Another reason I can think of is that I'm not opening the app before I replace the gamesave? But the thing is for a lot of the older hacks it says to "Delete and reinstall", then "DON'T OPEN THE APP YET" in caps so I normally backup the iPad, then import the hacked files (usually there isn't the file I'm trying to replace in there so) then restore/reboot. Rebooted, and it's not there. 

 

So what should I do? Open the apps, play around with them, then close out and backup/import/restore/reboot? Or not open them and do the same thing?

I have noticed something that this method works, but on some *special* games, it doesn't. Not sure if the conditions are different or they require something special rather than just importing then restoring.

 

Maybe reinstall the game fresh open/don't open, backup on iTunes and restore files.

 

Or delete the files before importing.

 

Or maybe the hacks are patched.

It probably has to do something with that, however the hacks say it works for all versions, weird, they haven't been updated in years (like 2014) so I don't think they've been patched. Games like RR3 or CSR are always being updated so there might be a problem there, but a whole bunch of games I play are really old.

 

Perhaps it's because these hacks that require replacement of Document AND Library folders, restoring them provides to be an issue? Because games like TF I have to replace both folders and sometimes the folders aren't even there, so I think it's because I can't import whole folders into the backup, just individual files, which may be the issue.

Yeah I'm just in the process... it worked for a couple of games after I did the tutorials but for others it's still not working. I'm starting to think I should just copy certain files, and not necessarily override them.
