i just googled and look arround but cant find anything good.. i grab my jailbroken iphone 5 with ios 7 on it and its Jailbroken now many apps want ios8 and here comes the Question: can i update it to ios8 in a way?

There is a way to download iOS 8 apps on iOS 7, @DiDA posted it, I forgot where to find it though

The simple way is :

1. Download apps that you want from your iTunes from your PC

2. And then open your app store on iPhone and direct to Purchased. Download them, iTunes will recommend the last version that supported with ios 7.

don't try it you will lose JB forever, i did that on my ipad air 2 and it update to ios 9.3. I end up buy a use mini 3 with ios 8.4 for my JB apps and games.
If you don't care about JB go ahead update it, and also you can't downgrade it like mitosis say you can.

apple is defently just useful with Jailbrake i let my iphone 6+ kiss the wall with ios 9.3 on it.. i use prefer a Nokia 3210 than a non JB i Decice
