I am also having the same problem. Its on the mission To rescue Fury. Just after U get captain.

Was getting before the update. Still getting it after i updated.

I uninstalled the cheat. Got the same error.

Then i deletem the game and Made a Brand new install. Still getting the same error.

Hm I have not run into that issue or at least not yet cos I haven't gotten to that part. But I will try something out today. Can any one tell me which hacks you have turned on when this happen is it all of them or just couple ?

I think it may have something to do with Free Store but not sure. Will test it out.

No luck. reinstalled substrate But no luck. deleted the game and reinstalled on safe mode. Same error.
