I have already uninstalled and re-installed the hack, removed the preferences and everything.

The iFile installation says iOS 8 or lower detected but my iPad is on iOS 8.4

I just want to know if it's fixable before I have to re-download the whole app. Assuming I do just that and it still doesn't work, is there a solution to this error?

But we can't even touch anything when launching game. Even the hack in settings we can't bypass it. Help!

You've installed malicious debs from repos which have left your device in a bad state. You'll have to clean those up before you can use the hack.
