Help/Support Laptop immediate shut down

I just got a new HP laptop, model: 15-ac129ne

whenever I start any game it just shut down within seconds not even overheating and doesn't reboot, when I open it doesn't give me any error code, can anyone help me?

maybe ur laptop battery has problem, my desktop was like that, power on, a minute later just shuts off then i got it check, seems i was using a higher power supply then the minimum one which it supports

Are you sure your laptop can handle the game? That's not normal for it to just shut down.
