Help/Support Can not get to iosgods web site from iphone

So I have an iPhone 4S that is jail broken and I cannot get to iosgods.com web site even when I put I the

IP address.

I have installed the asphalt 8 2.4.0 hack, but did so after having delete the stolen version install from the thief on Cydia and was thinking something left over from the stolen hack removal my be blocking the iosgods site.

I have reset my router and can get to the site form all other devices on the network which includes non job iPads and Windows computers.

Sorry forgot the iPhone 4S that's having the issue is JB and running iOS 7.1.1
