Hello Guys! Is there any way to install xmodgames without jailbreaking ios? Im running 9.3, no jailbreak Thanks

No Xmodegames is a tweak for jailbroken users so don't download any "Xmodegames for non jailbroken devices" because they are scams. Only thing you can do is wait till a jailbreak comes out for ios9.3
