Help/Support Hack apps like FreeMyApps

Is there any way I can hack apps like FreeMyApps, AppBounty, etc. to get unlimited points and gift-cards? E.g. changing the values inside an sqlite db.

I'm not sure, I hacked AppNana once but it was only client-sided. I don't think it's possible.

It's been shared before though, but it never works because the value changes are so drastic that the company knows somethings up and don't end up sending you the gift cards you ordered.
