The one inside your theos project next to Tweak.xm?

 

Nothing.

 

When asked for Bundle ID after choosing a template from the list, you enter the application's bundle ID and NIC automatically adds it to the .plist so your Tweak affects x app.

 

 

You can easily find the apps bundle ID using our tool: http://armconverter.com/appinfo/
