Help/Support iBackupBot - Unable Import Data Files

I got the registration code and everything and it will not let me import data files to any of the apps / its not even highlighted, cant click it- anyone have an ideas as to why?

You can't import data files if you haven't selected a backup or a folder to go to from the sidebar.

Ok, thanks. That makes sense. - What about this? could this be a reason?

Seems like a weird issue with the backup.

 

I suggest you re-backup using iTunes and load from that backup instead.

Ok thanks
