I had in the past days some issues with the saves for the game and I had to contact Kongregate Support.

Apparently the game is not saved on their server until you log with your Kongregate account or create one on the top right inside the game.

Shouldn't be possible to change gold/gems/packs and save the file and then eventually log into the kongregate account or this would still make the progress disappear and be only visual?

Sorry for the question, I'm completely newbie when it comes to these things.
