Help/Support 9.3.1 jail break? Or downgrade

I miss my jail break so much i hate it , happen to me when u forget the password to the phone had to restore in the phone , then my mac book won't even restore it because the firmware is to new it was a whole mess.. But just to let u know I had no choice but to update to 9.3.1 is there anyway to downgrade
