I even installed a earlier version and it worked to see if it was me.I reinstalled cydia substrate and preference loader.I tried putting my phone in safe mode with the power on then holding up volume.Uninstalled the earlier version of course.

Can you download the .deb again using a different browser and maybe use a different installer this time also like Filza?
