PS: after unlocking hidden content and reading the post i told myself i know what the TS is talking about.

 

So you train an army lets say a wizard level4 for 3000 Elixir. You research level5 wizard which will cost 3,500 elixir (for training). You finish the research and you the wizard you created cost 3,000 only and that is level 4 and now its level5.

 

Correct me if im wrong
